Prime Minister congratulates Senegal’s new counterpart
(VGP – 16/05/2012) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Tuesday sent a message of congratulations to Mr. Abdoul Mbaye on his selection as the new Prime Minister of the Republic of Senegal.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his felicitations to Senegal’s newly-appointed Foreing Minister Alioune Badara Cisse.
